Here’s how it works
1. Appointment & Payment
Select a service, book your preferred appointment, and pay in advance via a secure payment link. Billing is based on the German Schedule of Medical Fees (GOÄ)—patients with private insurance can generally submit the invoice to their insurer.
2. Submit the findings
After you make your appointment, the practice will contact you if any documents are needed—via a secure channel. Please do not send any medical records via unencrypted email.
3. The Conversation
Dr. Meyer will call you at the agreed-upon time at the phone number you provided—and will set aside time to answer your questions. You can cancel online free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
